Well , all i can say is that 3 weeks ago i weighed 110 kg now i am on a 100 kg - It works!!!

Meat does not cause you to loose weight - what actually happens is that meat make you feel satisfied quicker - so you eat less and because you dont take in any carbs or sugar your body must burn fat for energy. But you must drink alot of water to prevent your kidneys from suffering - I drink about 3 liters of water a day.
IMHO it is no a sustainable diet - you get sick and tired of meat after a while. (You are allowed to have some eggs aswell) I am suppose to stay on it for 6 weeks or until my weight reaches 90kg then i must move onto a more sustainable diet and add in some exercise. My personal target is 85kg.
My daily scheduele is as follows:
breakfast:
4 pieces of bacon - (Actually as much as want to eat)
1 boiled egg - (Actually as much as want to eat)
500 ml of water.
lunch
75 grams of Biltong
2 liters of water during the day.
Supper
Steak, Spare Ribs, fish, calamari or what ever protein you can put your hands on.
Some vegies after week 4.
500 ml of water.
