If you have a question regarding LLBLGen Pro, please post it on our Support Forums, which is actively monitored by our skilled support team and our development team. The Support Forums offer public and private sections and a question is answered regularly within 24 hours.

Which versions will receive fixes?

The latest released minor version and the minor version before that. So if the latest version is v5.11 then we'll fix issues in v5.11 and v5.10 and the fixes are available to all people with an active subscription.

Forgot your password?

Please fill in your customer ID and the email address as it is known in our system in the form below. We'll send you a new password by email, to the email address belonging to the customer with the ID specified.

If the specified email address doesn't match with the email address known in our system for the customer ID you specified, the password isn't reset.

Lost your customer ID?

If you lost your customer ID, please post your information (name, email address used when purchasing etc.) in the Helpdesk section of our forums, or send an email to info@llblgen.com.
We'll gladly look it up for you.
