What I find shocking is the amount of NIH-people ... more than half of the voters!

P.S. I voted - and pushed LLBLGen into the lead! (for developers that use a tool).

LLBL head to head with VS 2005....interesting. This should get noticed at MS I think.

TierGenerator, what's that? You meant tierdeveloper? Well, why would someone pay 1400$ for a code generator when the competition has more features and is less expensive

I can just hear the over emphasized voice telling me how wonderful my life will be.

He's mobilized the troups too. Have just recieved an email from MyGeneration asking ... nay, begging me to vote for MyGeneration. I didn't of course but it's put them in a very strong second place.

I just voted... i see mygeneration has passed up llblgen, in all fairness its pretty hard to compete against a product that is free

Griffin does have a nice way of coding queries though i have to admit...

If you have to rally your userbase to get the top spot in a codeproject poll..... what's life all about then, eh? .

I've to say it pleases me he's doing that much effort to get a position above LLBLGen

His query objects are ok. I don't use query objects so I can't use the same mechanism, though it's indeed better than plain string queries.

It's also quite sad that all his dotnetnuke cronies have taken over the discussion thread with their "MyGeneration Rocks" nonsense. Personally, I think it looks bad for his product.

In the comments, scroll down a bit to read the discussion of me with him about the mapping of any type onto any other type. Now... is it me or is he simply babbling nonsense? (as I don't recall ANY ado.net feature which can do what he says).
