.NET 2.0 is linked with SqlServer, beta2 of .NET 2.0 is expected early next year, and the final somewhere around august/september.
We will start our development for .NET 2.0 when beta2 is out. The designer will be kept the same, the underlying framework will be enhanced. No estimated release date yet for CF/CE support: it depends on what we think will be more important: CE/CF support first or inheritance first.
