At the end, i mean you are doing good job in this forum, but that shouldn't be necessary for things like information...

I thought that would be the case when we started, however we learned over the years that no matter how much effort you put into a piece of documentation, for whatever reason people might not find it, still find it confusing, it's not as verbose as they wanted, too verbose, they would rather see more examples etc. etc. So although the docs should be enough, it's not, and sadly will never be enough.

I am sorry for my English, i can't explain my mind exactly. But believe me, I had lots of experience in that IT world, not only software development, i really mean the IT world.

heh yes I know what you mean, we're not native english speakers ourselves, so it might not be as fluent perhaps as an english writer would have written it.
