I am trying to add View in my Project, but when I go and right click on the TypedViews the "Add New Typed Views from the catalog" is disabled I don't know why? Can you please help me with this issue.

Try "Refresh the catalog" (Ctrl + R). In the Refresh Catalog Dialog be sure the "Views" checkbox is selected, then click OK and try to add the View again.
