Reference manual display error

Hi,

I have downloaded the CHM reference manual for LLBLGenPro - http://www.llblgen.com/pages/files/LLBLGen.Pro.v26.Reference.Manual.NET2x.chm , but can't view the contents of the file. The content treeview is visible but the content for each section displays a "This program cannot display the webpage." Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you. That did it - Right click file, Properties and click the Unblock button.
