Hi,

I've just downloaded TemplateStudio from http://www.llblgen.com/pages/secure/filestreamer.aspx?DownloadID=67 and unpacked it to the LLBLGen install folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Solutions Design\LLBLGen Pro v2.0\ in my case).

It looks like nothing happens if I click on any top menu items (File, Generate, Tools, Window, Help). Just no subitems appear at all.

Though, I am able to edit a compatibility template (say, C:\Program Files (x86)\Solutions Design\LLBLGen Pro v2.0\Templates\SD.TemplateBindings.SharedTemplates.Compatibility.NET20.templatebindings) by hitting Ctrl+E but haven't found any other shortcuts.

I was also able to open a project.

But the top menu seems to be not working at all.

I'm using LLBLGen Pro v2.0.0.0 Final, September 13th, 2006 (working fine) on Windows Server 2003 SP2, x64 edition

I've installed LLBLGen 2.0 from August 23rd, 2007 - seems to be the latest one - the same problem, none of the menus work.

I also tried to install it on my Vista laptop - the installation fails at all.

which install failed? LLBLGen Pro v2.0's installer? That's a known issue, see: http://www.llblgen.com/tinyforum/Messages.aspx?ThreadID=7477&StartAtMessage=0&#41448

In v2.5 we changed the installer so it works properly on vista.

The menu problem, I don't know what causes that, as we can't repro it anywhere, and no-one has reported this as well...

No, but it's .NET code, so if it doesn't work on a particular OS with a particular hardware CPU, that's something .NET should take care of. There's nothing fancy in the code, the menus and toolbars are Janus v3 controls.
