Since I found FRANS's blog entries for creating the LINQ2LLBL provider useful, I combined it all into a single PDF file to share with my team (as a lot prefer reading from printouts).

I am including the PDF with my post in case others find it useful

I haven't read back the first entries but if I remember them correctly, I really didn't sound like I was ever going to produce something worth looking at hehe

I could not attach the PDF because its size exceeds the allowed maximum size (the PDF size is 1.8MB)

I've increased it to 1500KB, could you zip it and attach it?

It rejected me again. The file after zipping (RAR) is 1.65MB

Please retry.

(1.8MB for 14 webarticles... what makes the pdf so big?)
