Anyone know what might cause this timeout error?

I am getting the following error seemingly randomally. I thought it was to do with the SQL server AutoClose option, but apparently not becuase I have that turned off now.

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong here?

I have already set the command timeout to 120, but that did not fix this problem.

It looks like it is the connection that is timing out not the command. Are you sure you have a correct connection string?
