LLBL Binding source and VS2008

I am having a new project that I am intending to do using VS2008. VS2008 can target different platforms (.NET 2,3,3.5). 1- Can I use VS2K8 targeting .NET 2.0 and latest LLBL (including the LLBL binding source) 2- Can I use VS2K8 targeting .NET 3.5 and latest LLBL (including the LLBL binding source)
