Just wanted to put out the question for all small to medium software shops, "How do you manage client requests/Project Task/Billable hours?"
Right now my company is using 3 different systems to do this, we input billable hours on a website that interfaces with peachtree and then project task and trouble requests are tracked in two seperate commerical apps. Keeping up with it all is a pain because the only thing that ties the billable hours to the trouble requests/project tasks is a free formed notes section. I figure their has to be a better way. Does anyone know of a good software package that will make this easier?
