I get the following opening a 2.5 project in the 2.0 Template Studio (I don't get this using a 2.0 project):

That's because templatestudio is build against v2.0 of the designer assemblies. We hope to have a build which will work with v2.5 right before or at launch of v2.5.

I'll see if I can put up a preliminairy build of it tomorrow. (wednesday).
