Here is something I have been brainstorming about and wanted some feedback. What is the best (schema wise) way to build a form builder application where a user can:

• Create custom forms (down to the data types and pick lists)
• Create instances of the defined custom forms I'd be willing to open source it if enough people find a need for something like this.
