Better then AJAX solution

Hi All,

Yesterday I was seaching for some better UI controls for a web application I am working on and I came across this:

I downloaded the SDK and examples and was truely amazed. I am currently using Anthem but I looked into Ajax.net and others but this just seems so much easier to use. I am not a designer by any means so writing zero html would make me so happy. Has anyone else used this or know any pros/cons about it?

Does not work in Opera, and the Quickdemo gives some errors in IE7 (with ReportViewer and DataGridView)
