The runtime library sourcecode contains a make file which builds the source against mono (SqlServer DQE only). I've done some tests with the generated code and that compiles too, but the Soap/XML related stuff wasn't working (crashing Mono). This was with Mono beta 1. I haven't done any testing on mono since.
