How many pages would it require to print out the entire help documentation for v2? There's no way to tell beforehand when you invoke the print command.

It is available in PDF, and almost 400 pages...

Indeed almost 400 pages. (see the pdf, last page is numbered 398, and with some TOC pages, it makes it over 400 pages.).
