Hi - i've used the demo and am interested in making a purchase. I'd like to know what the upgrade process is. Should I uninstall the demo before installing Pro? Will this affect in any way the work I've done so far? Is there any documentation on making the upgrade from demo? Do I need to swap in new dll? etc.

You should uninstall the demo using Add/Remove Programs and then install the latest version. This will not affect any of the work you have done so far as the expiration is the only difference between the demo and the full version.
