I am looking for a good way or tool to document my SQL database. I want the tool to help me write notes and print out the structure of the tables/views along with my notes. The best I found now is SchemaToDOC but the interafce and usability still leaves much to desire.

Any tips are appreciated...

I've used Visio to do this before. It did what we needed so you may give that a try if you already have it.

Give Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect a try. I have been using it for years and have found it to be a very useful tool.
