The funny thing that crosses my mind as I read this article, that instead of coming out and calling this framework as an ORM framework...
They don't call it O/R mapping cause it is not specifically for releational databases. This is supposed to be ubiquitius for any type of data, relational, XML, text files, images, documents, etc.
Now, Object Spaces is MS's O/R mapper. It was supposed to be merged as part of WinFS. They just released WinFS Beta 1, I wonder if Object Spaces is still part of it. Anyone know?
