You need to use a [URL] tag from the UBB tags list.

e.g.

[urldescription="[URL] tag from the UBB tags list"]http://www.llblgen.com/tinyforum/Help.aspx#UBBTags[/url]

yeah, the news isn't that great, but to be expected... MS makes a big marketing event out of this, and these can't be rescheduled without a lot of pain. The thing is: they don't care if releasing no matter what causes a lot of pain among developers... they will stay with MS anyway (well, for now). I hope they'll change the way they treat bugs popping up after RTM, because if not, it would be a loooooooong wait till 2007.

The url doesn't work, because my lovely UBB parser doesn't see a '+' as a valid URL character. I'll kick it's balls this weekend to see if I can increase its regexp range (',' are also not seen. )
