Do you have Oracle ODP.NET 10g installed? (version 10.1.0.301) ? If not, it can't load the driver and gives that exception.
In the installation folder of llblgen pro (demo or full version) there are a couple of folders. One of them is 'Drivers'. In the drivers folder, you should have 'Oracle' and also 'Oracle10g'.
