After having been out of the loop for almost a year, last week I took up databinding with LLBLGen and Infragistics again.

First I started with my own homebrewn CollectionComponent template which turned out to be totally incompatible with the Adapter scenario.

After this discovery I started to plow through the threads on this board to see how native design-time databinding for LLBGen was coming along. After reading alot of messages about bugs and 'so and so not sticking to the standard' finally I arrived at the helpfile which was on my PC all along where I found easy instructions to quickly start design-time databinding with LLBLGen.

Unfortunately it doesn't work with Infragistics UltraWebGrid version 2004-2, as is described elsewhere on this board. As the problem seems to lie on the Infragistics side, I was wondering wether anyone knows if it does work with later versions? (my subscription has run out )

And finally a question for you Frans: Perhaps the CollectionComponent template should be removed from the third-party plugings page since it doesn't seem very relevant any longer?
