There is this nice button in Visual Studio where you can sync the open document to the document in the solution tree. It would be nice if the LLBLGen designer would also have such a button. Or is this already there somewhere?

It's not there but we added a workitem for just this feature last week (for 5.7). So it'll be implemented in that version.
