Did you guys try WebGrid from http://www.intersoftpt.com/Default.aspx?redirect=WebGrid/Overview.aspx

their grid looks greet but they are way expensive compared to the rest.

I am using DevExpress suite for my winForms development and I am very happy with it (except for the lack of Right-To-Left support). DevExpress grid plays very nicly with Entity collections and entity objects.

I am still looking around for a Web controls suite and DevExpress is still on top of my list..

Their site won't even show their demo in firefox... Not very promissing...

I did look at these guys, I'm trying to remember if there was some reason I passed on them, besides the price...but I can't!

Have you already paid for Janus and Infragistics. If I remember correctly, your problem with the Janus controls was that it didn't include a multicolumn dropdown list. Who knows what it would do to the size of your pages, but couldn't you use the Janus grid with the dropdown from Infragistics?
