I'm trying to get a Trial License but keep getting a

"Sorry! You already requested a trial license. No license has been sent."

I don't believe I've requested a trial license before.

Someone with the same IP address as you requested more than 1 license and got the IP address blocked, so you're blocked too. I've unblocked the IP address
