I noticed InstallShield X will let you create MSIs that can be configured to deploy a SQL Server database without any custom scripts/exes. However, the version that can do this costs $1399. Does anyone know of a similar solution that doesn't cost as much? How do you guys deploy your .NET applications that use SQL Server as a data repository?

We're using a product called DBGhost (www.innovartis.co.uk). It's a complete solution for managing database builds. Highly recommended - it saves us tons of money!
