2. alternatively does it mean you have to Purchase Core Lab's/DevArt MySql .NET provider from Core Lab's/DevArt website ?

3. Also Does llblgen pro support any free MySQL Connectors to .Net ?

No.

Yes, or use their Express edition.

The above mentioned express edition.

Note: The Express or Standard editions do not support EF. You will have to buy their Professional Edition.
