I want to add the suffix "Entity" for my generated entities, As a matter of fact I have already done it modifing the "entityClass.lpt" file but I think this is not an appropriate way to do it, so, Is there any configuration value to have it changed on the designer?

I'm afraid, it's not configurable from the Designer. Only through templates.
