The cheapest one. After all with LLBLGen you wont need MySqlDataTable class, MySqlLoader class, DataLink class, Entity Framework support, Entity Developer, LinqConnect support, etc.

So, use the Free edition first to know exactly what you really need. Then go for Standard Edition unless you need some special specific feature of another edition.
