Password retrieval

Please fill in your customer ID and the email address as it is known in our system below. We'll send you your login data by email, to the email address belonging to the customer with the ID specified. If the specified email address doesn't match with the email address known in our system for the customer ID you specified, the password isn't reset.




Are you an LLBLGen Pro user?

If you have an LLBLGen Pro license, please click 'Customer Login' in the blue top bar, to go to our Customers' area. In the Customers' area we provide various downloads for the program, like upgrades, task performers, templates and database drivers.

Forgot your password?

If you have an LLBLGen Pro Licence, but forgot your password to log on the the Customers' area, please fill in your Customer ID and the e-mailaddress in our system in the form above. We will e-mail you your data a.s.a.p.

Lost your customer ID?

If you lost your customer ID, please post your information (name, email address used when purchasing etc.) in the Helpdesk section of our forums, or send an email to info@llblgen.com.
We'll gladly look it up for you.

Do you have a question?

If you have a question regarding LLBLGen Pro, please post it on our forums, either in the public ones, or in the secure helpdesk section where only you and the LLBLGen Pro team/Support team can read it.
