I've created a new driver for 1.0.2003.1 which uses the Oracle 10g ODP.NET provider, and also a new DQE.

Because we can't get 10g to run on any of our testboxes (it installs, but we can't login, no matter what we specify for passwords. ), we can't test this code ourselves.

Any takers?
