we just signed for some dedicated dev for an american NGO, for which we planned to use llblgen, and they're asking us to release the code as an open source project.

I'm wondering what's your view about that? Well there's already the jcl project, and even hnd so I guess it'ok delivering the runtime libs as part of the proj.

You may distribute the runtime libraries as binary with the sourcecode of your project, that's not a problem at all
