License files not received?

If you purchased an upgrade and you haven't received your license file, please check spamfilters / virusscanners. Our system sends license emails directly after the order is closed automatically, so if it doesn't arrive it's likely that a spamfilter/virusscanner has blocked the email or the attachment.

In the past year more and more companies have implemented virusscanners in their mailservers which simply block any attachment, or emails with attachments. If this is the case in your situation, please mail support AT llblgen.com.
