Implementation of Hierarchy Tree in Designer?

I like the tree display of Entity hierarchies in the designer tool. I assume it was done with a 3rd party library. Which one? I'd like to try it for my own apps.

No that was written using the vanilla Tree control of .net winforms and my own code.
