New helpdesk system added!

We've added a complete new helpdesk system, including a growing knowledge base (http://www.llblgen.com/pages/secure/helpdesk.aspx), a quick FAQ (http://www.llblgen.com/pages/secure/quickfaq.aspx) and a link to the forums here. They can all be found in the left hand menu under 'support'. If you have any questions, please use one of these ways to contact us.

When should we use the help desk "ask a question" instead of the forums and vice versa?

That's up to you. Support scans both, so attention should be equal, though on the forums you might have an answer sooner if a helpful customer passes by and answers your question simple_smile . When using the helpdesk system, it might be it finds an article for you which is appropriate to your question so it saves you the time filling in the form. The helpdesk system helps you track your questions while this forum doesn't. So it's what you prefer or what's appropriate to what you've to ask simple_smile
