That's up to you. Support scans both, so attention should be equal, though on the forums you might have an answer sooner if a helpful customer passes by and answers your question . When using the helpdesk system, it might be it finds an article for you which is appropriate to your question so it saves you the time filling in the form. The helpdesk system helps you track your questions while this forum doesn't. So it's what you prefer or what's appropriate to what you've to ask
