hiya, I sometimes get people asking me to do stuff in PHP etc (which I am crap at) I was wondering, If I'm doing DAL stuff in non .NET languages, can LlbgenPro help me? I'm getting used to thinking of all DAL stuff in terms of LlbeGenPro..Doing it "the old way" just seems wrong. Short of telling people that I'll have to re-develop their site in .NET, can LlbeGenPro maybe helkp me create a "plug-in" that I can use...

Can I clarify anything?

cheers, yogi

Well you could write some templates to target an O/R mapper core of that platform, for example on PHP, they have some OO core which can do data-access if I'm not mistaken. You could write some templates which generates php code using the entity meta-data in the project, for example through .lgp templates.

thanks Frans, hopefully no-one'll ask me to do this for a while :-) Still getting my head round the LlbGenPro "easy" stuff.
