I'm sure this is in the EULA, but who reads a EULA?

If I create re-usable tools with LLBL, I can sell them to clients and distribute the LLBL runtime libraries without having the clients buy their own licence?

The license is only a development license, is that correct?

Not planning anything yet, just wondering.

Correct . The runtime libraries and the generated code are royalty free. You buy the license for the designer/code generator usage. So if the users of your software just use YOUR code (which happens to call into the runtimes, and generated code), they dont need a license
