Installing VS 6.0 after VS .NET 2003

I had to do it, and at the end of the installation I got a dialog box with the following prompt:

"Do you want to overwrite JIT settings?"

Anybody have an idea if I should click yes or no?

Oh of course! VS 6.0 wouldn't know anything about the .NET JIT stuff. Thanks Frans.
