I had a strange occurrence happen this morning. LLBLGEN started to display a message that the current license expired in August 2020. The license was actually renewed in September 2020 for three years. I noticed the license file was no longer in the LLBLGEN folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Solutions Design\LLBLGen Pro v5.6) so I copied it into the folder.

Upon launching LLBLGEN, I am greeted with an error message that the license file could not be loaded due to an XML error.

'=' is an unexpected token. The excepted token is ','. Line 1 position 102.

I have no idea why it just started to happen. Nor how to resolve the problem.

HELP!

Solved via email. For other people who have the same issue: this can happen when an email processing system sees the namespace urls in the license xml as real urls and wraps them with a redirect url, which means the xml is no longer valid.
