it doesn't always create llblgenprof file tags in the same order. Although I do not make a change in that part of project , it looks as it is changed by designer when I look at the changes on the file via the source control (compare). But ,in fact, there is no actual change.

I share 3 images in the attached screenshot. Actually, there is no change, but it seems that there is a difference because the nodes in the file are changed.

Suppose that, I had just dropped a field from a table in the database. When I open .llblgenproj and reflect this change on the entity, I just want a difference in the project file in that place.

Is this possible?

Do the names have the Turkish 'I' in the name and if so, do some users save the file using different regional settings? What is the designer's 'Use current culture for name sorting' preference set to? By default it uses the current culture, and it sorts the names alphabetically using that culture then saves them in that order. If you uncheck that preference, it will use the invariant culture. As this is a preference, not a project setting, it might be it differs for different users working on the file.

"Use Current culture for name sorting " was TRUE and now i set to FALSE; Obviously this is the issue and gonna work.
