Thanks for the link, Scott, I'll have a look. If only I could make the html pages to print, then I can create a pdf file, with the open source pdf printer driver. Though a single application is better I think, as it might take the chm TOC as the bookmarks index for the pdf.

I'll try some more and if no-one tops the 79$ price of theta software and its quality, it's a winner
. It produces a 205 page PDF file out of the .chm. I never knew the documentation was so huge!
