They're available in the customer area (click 'Customer area' then downloads). The templates should be available on the public site as well though, so we might have a bug somewhere. We'll look into this.
Ah, found it. The site displays the public files of the latest version it knows of. As we released v4.1 beta friday, it thinks v4.1 is the latest version, but no public files are published for it (yet). Will correct it.
