We are currently using v2.0 and are considering upgrading to the new v3.0. Does anyone know of any issues when trying to upgrade? We have several apps using the code generated by the v2.0, and I was wondering if the v3.0 code supports the same functionality.

Yes, more or less.

For details about migrating your v2.0 code to v3.0, please read the section 'Migrating your code' in the LLBLGen Pro v3 Runtime framework manual from bottom to top (as v2.0 to v2.5, v2.5 to v2.6 and v2.6 to v3 are stored in that page, with v2.6 to v3 at the top). This way you will see what breaking changes we made during these versions.
