Sorry. I'm not sure I understand your question. Filtering is enabled at all times - you need to manually create the PredicateExpressions yourself and pass them to the relevant date retrieval methods.

Could you expand more on what you are trying to achieve ?

You are referring to the predicatefactories? Please enable the tasks in the preset for generating predicatefactories. Though they're not recommended, as they generate a lot of code and one should use the operator overload based approach instead. They're also discontinued in future versions.
