We have used LookupTableHelperClass PlugIn when we were using V1.0. Now we want to upgrade version 2.0 but we couldn't find this plug in. Could you give us any advice?

That plugin-template hasn't been ported to v2.0. The sourcecode is available and a recompile with v2.0 should at least make it possible to run the plugin. The template, you then should create a custom template bindings file, as documented in the v2.0 SDK. Which is simpler to get into than the templateset config files you had in v1.0
