Congragulations Wayne simple_smile

As a perent of a teenager, words of wisdom:

In 1900, fathers could count on children to join the family business.

Today, fathers pray their kids will soon come home from college long enough to teach them how to work the computer and set the VCR.

and

In 1900, fathers said, "A man's home is his castle."

Today, they say, "Welcome to the money pit."

lol sunglasses ...well we've rounded the corner with our first...he's 14 months old, and I have to agree with Omar...he's just amazing (my son, not Omar, although far be it from me to say that Omar isn't amazing simple_smile ).

I truly didn't know the meaning of patience, stamina, and, um, patience until Caden came along...it's just amazing looking back and seeing truly how much easier just about everything is without a baby. But, even with that, I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Now just keep us in your prayers as Christina is around 6 months pregnant with our second baby boy...not sure what exactly got into us... simple_smile

Congrats, Wayne (and your wife also ofcourseRegular Smiley)! Regular Smiley The second the little Barker is on the planet, get it behind a keyboard! you can' t start early enough Wink

Why wait till them…you can get him/her started now. I think I read/heard somewhere that babies that 'young' are very conscious, so if you were to get him/her started with LLBL User guide, Frans could have the youngest Support personnel in 6 months time. wink

Mind Frans, she/he want some extra features put into the product before joining up simple_smile

Congratulations Wayne and to your missus.

I have a 11 year old girl, a 10 year old boy as well as a baby girl of 18 months... At the end of the week (Friday come to think of it wink ) I normally just stand at the door with my wallet open, my eldest takes the £20 notes, my boy takes the £10 notes and the baby grabs all the pocket change... confused My advise, start saving now and get those nights out with the lads in, your gonna need it - LOL...

No seriously it will change your life forever but there is nothing better than protecting, mentoring, loving, cuddling, kissing and raising your own child.

Geoff.

It's Friday and today is the first time that I've had a chance to stop by and post in about two months. I had a little bit of catching up to do but it is good to finally have a little bit of free time again (at least for today).

Thought I'd dig up ye ol' thread in honor of this, the best day of the week. I get to spend my weekend cleaning up the bazillions of leaves in my front yard.

Here is a very good site that goes into great depth on one subject: Shoelaces (http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/)

For 30+ years I always thought there was only one way to tie shoes: Standard Shoelace Knot. My kids have recently introduced me to the Two Loop Shoelace Knot that they learned at school. But I had no idea there were so many other ways or such intricacies to tying shoes.

Just a little something to sidetrack you for a little while on a Friday!
