Appends the fragment specified to the string builder specified. If fragment results in a string fragment with a length > 0, prefix is appended first.

toAppendTo
Type: System.TextStringBuilder
To append to.
fragment
Type: SystemObject
The fragment.
prefix
Type: SystemString
The prefix. Appended before fragment, only if fragment is a string fragment with a length > 0.

Type: StringBuilder

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type StringBuilder. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).
