Gets or creates a new table. If catalog and /or schema aren't available, these are created as well.

catalogName
Type: SystemString
Name of the catalog.
schemaName
Type: SystemString
Name of the schema.
tableName
Type: SystemString
Name of the table.

Return Value

Type: DBTable
the newly created table or null if the schema's syncsource is set to 'Database'.
