The value to validate.

checkForDuplicates

Type: SystemBoolean
Flag to signal if duplicate checking should be performed (true) or not (false)

correctValue

Type: TValue
The correct value for the valuetovalidate, e.g. a clsCompliantversion if it's a string etc..
